If you have been able to add Robin, one of the Honkai: Star Rail characters, to your list of playable characters, you should start to collect Robin’s materials to upgrade her. Robin is a 5-star Harmony character and therefore has a powerful ability to switch positions of her friends to the beginning of the order of actions, and therefore, she is a perfect character for most teams, particularly if her Ascension and Trace have been well upgraded.

The easiest way of obtaining the Dream Collection Component is by finishing regular character Assignments rather than having battles. It is possible for you to use the Omni-Synthesizer to transform your Dream Collection Component into either the Dream Flow Valve or the Dream Making Engine. These materials also exist in the Simulated Universe or as drops from the Dreamjolt Troupe on planet Penacony.
Getting the IPC Work Permit requires completing the Stagnant Shadow: Shape of Duty quest found in the Clock Studios Theme Park map in Penacony. Also, with a large number of Stagnant Shadow materials, you could exchange two materials for one IPC Work Permit under the Material Exchange menu in the Synthesizer.
